Seven days after an order is delivered, every customer is invited to rate the work and leave feedback. We ask everyone, not a hand-picked subset, and we ask whether the order went well or badly. There is no second reminder and no incentive: no discount, no credit, no prize draw. Paying for reviews would make them worthless to you and to us.
Reviews we publish are reproduced verbatim as they were left, with only two changes: surnames are reduced to a first name for privacy, and identifying module codes are removed at the reviewer’s request. We do not alter wording, fix typographical errors or shorten criticism.
When a review raises a genuine problem, our student support lead responds privately by email, and the order is re-examined by a senior subject reviewer. That is the only response a negative review gets from us. Criticism stays published.
