Human-written work • Free revisions on every order
The process
Quote in 30 minutes
From a brief you are stuck on to work you can actually learn from
Four steps, nothing hidden. You will know the price before you commit, the name and credentials of the subject expert who researches and writes every word before work starts, and the state of your order at every point in between. No opaque queues, no surprise fees, no chasing.
Most students are working to a deadline, so we have stripped the process back to the parts that actually move your work forward — and told you how long each one takes.
01
Share your brief
Drop in the assignment brief, the word count and the deadline — plus the rubric if you have one. There is nothing to pay and no account to create, so you can see a price before you commit to anything.
Typically 2 minutes, free
02
Approve your expert and plan
We match you with a graduate who has taught or marked in your subject and send you their profile, a fixed quote and an outline of how they will approach it. Nothing starts and nothing is charged until you say yes.
Typically within 30 minutes
03
Track the work in progress
Your dashboard shows each milestone as it is completed, from research notes to first draft to final proofread. Message your expert directly at any point if the brief shifts or your tutor adds a requirement.
Typically milestone updates
04
Review, request changes, submit
Your fully worked solution arrives with an originality report and a marker's note in which your expert explains the reasoning behind each section. Ask for changes as many times as you need for a full 30 days.
Typically 30 days of free revisions
In detail
Step by step, in detail
The short version is above. Here is what each step actually involves — what you send us, what we do with it, and what lands back in your inbox.
Step 01
Share your brief
What you send
The assignment brief or question, exactly as your department worded it
Word count, deadline and the referencing style your module uses
The marking rubric, if your tutor has published one
Anything you have already written or researched, however rough
What we do
Read the brief properly rather than skimming it for a word count
Check which of our vetted experts have marked or taught this exact module type
Flag anything ambiguous back to you before quoting, not after
What you get back
A fixed quote set by our team, with nothing to pay yet
A realistic delivery date — we decline briefs we cannot do well in the time
An honest note if we think you need less work than you asked for
Step 02
Approve your expert and plan
What you send
A yes, a no, or a question — all three are fine
Any changes to scope, structure or emphasis you want built in
Your preferred channel for updates: email or your order dashboard
What we do
Send you the expert's degree, institution and marking background — anonymised, but real
Share a proposed structure so you can redirect it before a word is written
Hold the price we quoted, even if the work turns out harder than we expected
What you get back
A named expert who stays on your order start to finish
A written plan you have signed off, so there are no surprises at delivery
A payment link to start the work — and only then does the clock start
Step 03
Track the work in progress
What you send
Extra material as it appears: seminar notes, tutor emails, a changed deadline
Feedback on the outline or the first section, if you want to steer early
What we do
Post milestone updates as research, drafting and referencing complete
Run an internal quality review before anything reaches you
Tell you immediately if a deadline is at risk, rather than the night before
What you get back
A live progress view you can check at 3am without messaging anyone
Direct chat with your expert, with replies inside working hours
The option to request a partial draft at the halfway point at no extra cost
Step 04
Review, request changes, submit
What you send
Your revision requests — as many as you need, for 30 days
Your tutor's feedback, if you get comments back and want your expert to rework the piece
What we do
Deliver an editable Word file plus a clean PDF, formatted to your department's style
Include a Turnitin similarity report and a full originality report with every delivery
Reopen the order for your original expert whenever you ask within the 30-day window
What you get back
A fully worked, fully referenced solution you can learn from, quote from and build on
A marker's note explaining why each section is structured the way it is
Thirty days of free revisions, and a refund route if we get it wrong
Honest answers
What happens if something goes wrong
Most orders run smoothly. Some do not, and a service that only tells you about the good days is not worth trusting. Here is the plain version.
If delivery runs late
We tell you as soon as we know, not when the deadline passes. If we miss an agreed deadline, you get a partial refund proportionate to the delay — 15% for up to six hours, 30% for six to twenty-four hours and 50% beyond that — under the published schedule in our refund policy. If lateness would cause you to miss a submission, we escalate the order to a second expert immediately and cover the cost of doing so.
Published refund schedule
If the quality is not what we promised
Say so and be specific. Quality disputes go to a senior reviewer in the same subject, not to a customer-service script, and they respond with a written assessment inside 24 hours. If they agree with you, the work is rewritten free of charge by a different expert to the original deadline terms. If they do not, you get the reasoning in writing, and you can escalate once more.
24-hour senior review
If you want your money back
Refunds are available in full before an expert begins drafting, and on a sliding scale afterwards based on the work completed. A confirmed quality failure that we cannot fix with a rewrite is refunded in full. Approved refunds are released to your original payment method within one working day of the decision, and we email you the reference so you can track it.
Released in one working day
Every one of these is written into our refund policy, not left to a manager’s discretion. Read the full terms on our refund policy and guarantees pages.
Your first day
What the first day looks like
The same sequence whether you order at noon or at 3am on a Sunday — the support desk never closes.
First
You send the brief
The form takes about two minutes. If you would rather talk it through first, the contact page reaches the same desk, around the clock.
Next
A coordinator replies
An academic coordinator confirms we can cover the subject and the deadline, and asks anything the brief left open. Someone who can make that call answers you directly — no ticket queue.
Then
Your quote and expert profile land
Your brief is read properly and matched to a specialist. You get a fixed quote, a named expert with their academic background, and a proposed structure — and you can reject either and ask for a different match.
On approval
Work begins the moment you approve
Payment unlocks the order and your expert starts on the research phase. Your dashboard goes live with the first milestone as soon as it does.
Soon after
First milestone update
On standard deadlines the first thing you see is a plan or outline. On rush orders it is often the draft itself.
Questions
Before you send your brief
The six things students ask us most before their first order.
No. Quotes are free, unlimited and carry no obligation. We only ask for payment once you have seen the price, read the expert's profile and approved the plan — and if you decide against it at that point, nothing happens and nothing is charged.
An editable Word document and a matching PDF, formatted in your department's referencing style, plus a full reference list, a Turnitin similarity report, an originality report and a marker's note explaining the reasoning behind each section. It is a complete, expert-written solution supplied as reference material — something to learn from and work with, not something to hand in as your own.
Yes, directly, through the order dashboard. Your expert is named on the order and stays with it from start to finish, so you are not re-explaining your brief to a new person halfway through. Most students use the chat to check a section's direction before it is finished.
Short deadlines are planned for, not improvised — we take on work other services turn down. Longer work needs proportionally longer: a 3,000-word report is comfortable in 24 hours, a full dissertation chapter in three to five days. If a deadline is not achievable at the quality we want, we say so rather than take the order and disappoint you.
Ask. Revisions are free and unlimited for 30 days after delivery, and they go back to the same expert who wrote the original, so nothing gets lost in translation. If your tutor gives you feedback in that window, send it over and we will work it in.
Worked solutions, annotated examples and tutoring are standard study support and entirely legitimate as learning material. Submitting someone else's work as your own is not, and every institution treats it as misconduct. We supply reference material so you can see how strong work is built; what you do with it is your responsibility, and we say that plainly on every order.
