Everything students ask us, answered properly

25 questions across 5 categories — on pricing, process, quality, privacy and the parts other services would rather not put in writing. If your question is not here, just ask — support desk open 24/7, 365 days a year.

Getting started

Four steps, and the whole thing takes about three minutes. Tell us the subject, level, word count and deadline; upload your brief, rubric and any lecture material; confirm the price and pay; then track progress in your dashboard until the work lands. You can message your expert at any point along the way.

You can. Once your brief is live you will see a shortlist of vetted experts in your discipline, each with their degree, subject specialisms, completion rate and recent ratings. Pick one yourself, or let our matching team assign the strongest available specialist — it is usually done inside twenty minutes.

Send everything you have: the assessment brief, the marking rubric, lecture slides, the reading list and any feedback on previous work. The rubric matters most, because it lets your expert map each section of the solution they write to the criterion it is meant to satisfy. Nothing you upload is ever shared beyond the person working on it.

Yes. Every order opens a private message thread with the specialist doing the work, and you can send files, ask questions or change direction there. For dissertation and tutoring clients we also arrange scheduled video calls at no extra charge.

We support every major subject from A-Level through to doctoral research, with vetted experts across business, law, health, engineering, the social sciences, humanities and the sciences. If you are unsure whether we cover a niche module, send the brief and we will tell you honestly within the hour.

Pricing & payment

Every brief is priced individually by our team — there is no automatic calculator. Submit your brief free and an advisor reviews the academic level, deadline, word count and how specialist the subject is, then sends a fixed quote to your workspace, usually within a few hours. Turnitin reports, formatting, the title page and thirty days of revisions are never charged as extras, and nothing is due until you approve the quote — at which point it is payable in full.

One page is 275 words of double-spaced text, which is the standard UK universities use. Reference lists, appendices and title pages are not counted towards your word total, so you are never charged for the bibliography we build for you.

For standard orders, yes — payment confirms the deadline and releases the brief to your expert. Dissertations and long projects are different: those are split into chapter milestones, and you pay for each one as it is commissioned, so you can pause or change direction without losing money already spent.

No card details are ever collected on this website. Once you approve your quote, our team confirms payment arrangements with you directly and the full amount is payable then — so you always know exactly what is due and when.

If we miss your deadline or deliver work that does not match the brief, you are entitled to a full refund. If the issue is partial, we will agree a proportionate refund or a free rewrite — your choice. Claims are reviewed by a named account manager within 24 hours, and approved refunds reach your account in three to five working days.

Quality & originality

Yes, without exception. Every delivery is run through Turnitin and the originality report arrives attached to your files rather than on request. Your work is researched and written from scratch to your brief by a degree-verified specialist in the subject — one you pick from a shortlist and message directly — and it is never resold, reused or added to any database.

A subject specialist with at least a master's degree in the field, verified certificates and a passed subject test. Fewer than one in twelve applicants make it through our vetting, and anyone whose average rating drops below 4.5 is removed from the panel. Many of our writers still mark undergraduate work themselves.

Use it the way you would use a worked example or a past paper with the examiner's commentary attached. Study the structure, see how evidence supports each claim, then write your own submission in your own words. Submitting someone else's work as your own breaches your institution's academic integrity rules, and we will not help you do it.

Never. Every order is written from scratch for one person, and finished work is not archived in any resale database, sample library or content pool. Your file is yours alone, which is also why our own published samples are written specifically for the website.

Raise it in your dashboard and a quality manager reviews the brief against the delivery the same day. If we got it wrong, you get a free rewrite by a different expert or a refund — no arguing, no fee. That review is free and does not use up your revision window.

Deadlines & revisions

Short deadlines are planned for, not improvised: shorter pieces go straight to a rush specialist as soon as payment clears, while longer or more technical work needs more room to be done properly. Tell us the deadline you have actually been given and we will confirm whether we can meet it to our standard — and if we genuinely cannot, we tell you before you pay rather than after.

You get unlimited revisions for thirty days after delivery, at no cost, as long as the request sits within the original brief. Most come back within twelve hours, and urgent ones far faster. If your tutor gives feedback in week three, that still counts — you are not limited to a single round.

It happens on well under one per cent of orders, and when it does you are entitled to a full refund under our on-time guarantee. In practice our support desk escalates any order that slips behind schedule long before the deadline, and you will hear from us rather than having to chase.

Extending is always free — tell us and we will push the delivery date back. Bringing a deadline forward may require a small urgency adjustment, since it usually means reassigning to a specialist who can start immediately. Either way you will see the exact difference before anything changes.

Yes. On orders above 3,000 words you receive a plan or outline at roughly the halfway point, so you can redirect the work before it is finished rather than requesting revisions afterwards. Dissertation clients get chapter drafts at each agreed milestone.

Privacy & security

No. We are a private study-support service, we never contact institutions, and nothing about your order is published, indexed or shared. Our billing descriptor is deliberately neutral, and our staff work under signed confidentiality agreements.

We are UK GDPR compliant and collect only what an order actually requires: a name, an email address and your brief. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and your expert sees the academic brief without ever seeing your billing details or full contact information.

At any time. Request erasure from your account settings and everything — orders, uploads, messages and profile — is permanently removed within thirty days, with financial records retained only where UK law requires it. You can also delete individual uploads once an order has closed.

No. Your brief, your uploads and your delivered files are never resold, never reused on another order, never licensed to a third party and never added to a database of any kind. Access is limited to the specialist writing your work and the quality manager reviewing it, both under signed confidentiality agreements, and you can have every file erased from your account whenever you choose.

Every message sits inside your encrypted dashboard rather than in an open inbox, and support agents see only what they need to resolve your query. Every support channel is staffed 24/7 by the same team, under the same confidentiality obligations.
